Safety Guidelines and Protocols for In-Office Appointments:
• Please only come to your in-office appointment if you are healthy and not experiencing any COVID related symptoms nor if you have been knowingly exposed.
• If you have traveled out of state within 14 days of your appointment or have been in close contact with out of state travelers, please be mindful when making a choice to come into the office. Telehealth services can be implemented in such cases.
• Please wait in your car and text when you arrive. We will text you when we are ready for you.
• Please wear a face mask into the building. You may remove it in the office or keep it on depending on your comfort level.
• There will be hand sanitizer available in the office for your use upon entering. The office is disinfected between sessions and we will practice social distancing.
